17 Jun 2008

Lynne resumed her chemo last Friday after nearly a year of no chemo treatments. For three nights straight, we were up nearly half the night with her nausea and vomiting. She spoke with the doctor yesterday, who gave her a three day sample of a stronger nausea medication, which did the trick last night as she slept all night without any nausea and vomiting. She has one more night of chemo for this this month. Please keep her in your prayers.

Regards,
Darryl

That is great news, I would say that I'd throw up for her, but I don't really want to do that..LOL
Leslie will probably call in a little bit.

Sooo glad she got a stronger med for the nausea but wish their was none associated with the treatment.
Will pray for both of you to stay 'strong'. Love, Sharon W.

We know all about platelet levels, hemoglobin, nausea and all that cancer related stuff. Jerry can certainly sympathize with Lynne. He has the nausea off and on, is taking chemo every other week with blood work twice a week and has times that he's really weak. It's not an easy road for anyone involved, and we'll be praying for both of you. Gloria & Jerry Rogers
